After this fight I swore never to get a fight so close to Christmas, because on December 25th I was sleeping and trying to make weight. I got 'manager 2' to help me with fights. He got me a fight with a lightwelter weight fighter. I went down to 141 lbs for this fight. Being a natural welterweight I though I was going to walk through this guy. I was so wrong. This kid was tought and could take punches. I gave him my hardest punches on his face and liver and still he came back for more. After 4 exhausting rounds I came out victorious with a split decision.
